Winter is over - the boiler plant worked for EXCELLENT!
In preparation for the winter of 2019-2020, “Shakhta Sibirskaya” LLC was faced with the issue of heating the Administrative - household complex (AHC) and industrial facilities (garage, material warehouse, machine shop, and others) located on the industrial site of AHC.
In this connection, starting from 08/09/2019 the construction of a modular boiler plant (BMKU-7.5) of the Administrative - household complex with a capacity of 7.5 Mega Watts has begun.
To solve this problem, it was necessary to build a boiler house, coal feeding complexes, ash slag removal, install boiler and conveyor equipment, conduct heating networks to the facilities.
The construction part for the modular boiler room was raised in record time - in 28 days. In the construction and installation works, the bulk of the works was performed by a subdivision of “Shakhta Sibirskaya” LLC - a site for the repair and maintenance of buildings and structures (RSZS) under the direction of O. I. Koryakin. To strengthen the RSZS site, the underground personnel from tunneling and assembly sections was involved for 14 days. The equipment of the modular boiler plant was purchased from LLC NPO “Proenergomash”, Barnaul. Delivery and installation of the equipment took place exactly within the period stipulated in the contract.
In fact, from August 9 to November 15, 2019. (for 99 days), “Shakhta Sibirskaya” LLC, by the forces of the RSZS site with the involvement of contractors, raised a complex of the facilities from scratch, completed the acquisition, delivery and installation of equipment, commissioned and supplied heat to the Administrative- household complex and other industrial facilities at the AHC site.
At the end of the winter period, we can say that the boiler plant worked for excellent!
