Skryl Konstantin Viktorovich, born in 1965, higher education, graduated from Donetsk Polytechnic Institute in 1989 with a degree in Technology and Integrated Mechanisation of Underground Development of Mineral Deposits. The experience of work in coal industry makes 33 years.
Since 1989 he worked his way up from underground miner at «Donetskaya» mine to chief engineer of «Glubokaya» mine at «Donbass» Mine Administration.
From 2003 to 2007 he held the post of Chief Engineer of "Glubokaya" mine of «Donbass» Мine Administration.
He worked as a site manager and chief engineer from 2007 to 2011 and was appointed to the position of «Kommunarskaya» mine manager at the «Donbass» Mine Administration.
In 2012 he was appointed Deputy Technical Director for Production at «UK Zarechnaya», and in 2013 he was appointed Managing Director of «Karagaylinskoe Mine Company LLC», where he was directly involved in the construction and commissioning of the mine in 2014.
In March 2016, he worked as Deputy Chief Engineer for Production, Deputy Director at «Butovskaya Mine» LLC, and in August 2016, he was appointed Director of «S.D. Tikhov Mine» LLC. In May 2017, the mine was put into operation.
From October 2018 to the present day, he has been working as a director of LLC «Shakhta Sibirskaya», the construction of which was launched in February 2019. The mine was commissioned in December 2021 with a production capacity of 6 million tons per annum.
