Berdyshev Evgeny Eduardovich

Born in 1971, higher education.

In 1993, he graduated from the Kuzbass Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mine and underground construction. He has more than 30 years of experience in the coal industry. Since 1993, he has worked his way up from a mining foreman to deputy director of production. He has been working at «Shakhta Sibirskaya» LLC since 2019, head of mining operations, in December 2020 he was appointed deputy director for production. He took an active part in the construction and commissioning of the mine. Under his direct supervision, the mine is provided with the necessary level of technical preparation of production and its constant growth, increased production efficiency and labor productivity, rational use of production resources, high quality of work performed on mining and coal mining. In 2024 he was appointed Director of the mine.

For conscientious and professional work, he was awarded the badge "Miner's Glory of the 3rd degree", the badge of Honor of Rosugleprof, the certificate of honor and gratitude of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the medal "60 years of Miner's Day".
